PS are the first letters of the names of the two proprietors:
Mark Penman and Camilo Schaling.
Mark and Camilo aim to ensure that you have a fulfilling evening by serving fresh and honest produce in a laid back atmosphere.
The menu in PS changes weekly using seasonal ingredients and recipes from all over Europe but mostly from the sunny Mediterranean areas.
When the sun shines you can enjoy your meal on the terrace.
